We understand that each child is unique and may have special needs that require individualized attention and care. While we strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all children, we want to be transparent about our current limitations.

 

Here is a list of Facts:

• We do not have a proper scope of education or previous experience

• Our home is intimate, private and may not be enough space

• Due to other children within our daycare we understand disabilities such as Autism, a child may react differently in situations. For  example noise levels. Children with Autism, for example, reactions can put other children and staff at risk.

• We are not comfortable due to the lack of education, space, and the different case scenarios to have the added responsibility. 

 

 As caregivers, we want to ensure that every child receives the attention, care, and support they deserve. However, we believe it's crucial to be honest about our own educational, mental and emotional capacity. We want to prioritize the well-being and safety of all children in our care, and we feel that it's necessary to focus on providing the best possible care within our current capabilities.

 

We understand that this may be disappointing for some families, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This statement is rooted in our commitment to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all children in our daycare.
